About me

I originally trained as a Massage Therapist in 2000 before going on to qualify as a Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage therapist and Level 2 Reiki Practitioner.

More recently I studied Sports & Remedial Massage with the Oxford School of Sports Massage (formerly Pulse Training Solutions), achieving a BTEC Level 5 qualification, the highest of its type in the UK, and membership of the Institute of Sport & Remedial Massage (ISRM).

As a former Great Britain Softball player who suffered  a serious rotator cuff injury, I have had personal experience of the pain and frustration that comes with injury and the associated rehab and time away from your chosen sport or activity. I’m also aware of how occupational and life stresses can impact on the body to stop us feeling and performing at our best and look to help clients reduce stress and tension through the different types of treatment.

I offer Corporate On site massage services in local based companies, private client treatments from my therapy room based in Bradley Stoke and work as part of the team at the Physioelite clinic in Stoke Gifford, Bristol.

I am currently a member of the Bradman BNI chapter, an active business referral networking organisation based out of Bristol city centre.
